Upcoming Changes to Placer and Nevada County Medi-Cal Managed Plans Beginning January 2024, Nevada and Placer County have elected to transition away from Anthem and California Health and Wellness to Partnership Health Plan of California as the managed care provider for Medi-Cal recipients in their counties.
